Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking to secure your date, if deposit hasn't been made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Deposits made will be at 20% of the final bill. deposit is nonrefundable.

Final Bill payments are to be made in cash to the onsite representative, if you chose to make full payment, if the event is canceled by the customer within 7 days of the event date, this will be nonrefundable, if the event is canceled by the customer 8 or more day before the event date, full payment will be refunded minus the deposit amount of 20%.
